This area of the website contains information from a variety of sources to assist those working in the public health sector to improve outcomes by learning from others.

What types of information are included? Items include (but are not limited to): programmes, initiatives, reviews, education initiatives, staff programmes, collaborative projects, patient-centred projects, patient flow initiatives, presentations, seminars, workshops and conferences.

How can I contribute an item? Please complete the template, and return by email. The template should take approximately 20-30 mins to complete. Thank you.

Can I nominate an item from another organisation? Yes. If you are aware of good projects/initiatives from other organisations, please let us know by email, so that we can contact them. Thank you.
